In the period from 2009 to 2020 the greenhouse gas emissions have never been as low as in 2020. Compared with the 2009 level the emissions are down by 25 per cent.
This memorandum summarises and comments on the development of greenhouse gas emissions in Oslo from 2009 to 2020 and explains the changes that have been put in place since the last greenhouse gas inventory was published in 2021.
