The City of Oslo has a target of having close to zero greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 2030, including from heavy-duty transport. In order to achieve this, it requires more new, efficient and achievable political measures. This report describes and evaluates existing and new measures for making Oslo a pioneer city for zero emission heavy-duty transport.
